About Us

We specialise in Executive Airport & Seaport Transfers. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get you to any airport including Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Sourthend, Luton, Stansted, East Midlands and Birmingham for either business or pleasure.

We do not do local pubs, clubs & regular Private Hire work. For this, use any of the following Taxi companies based in St Neots:

The company is fully licensed with Huntingdon District Council and has to submit to regular inspections. All vehicles are insured and licensed and undergo yearly comprehensive inspections by the council.

All our drivers have undergone enhanced DBS checks, formaly known as CRB (Criminal Records Bureau), and DVSA, formaly known as DSA (Driving Standards Agency). Our drivers are courteous, smart and professional.

Our Pricing Structure

PRICE PER JOURNEY

This depends on where we pick up from and final destination.

Some customers will have certain regular journeys where we will issue them with a price list for those journeys.

Waiting Time - This is charged at £20.00 per hour in increments of 15 minutes.

Airport Pickups - Waiting time is only charged 1hr after the flight has actually landed and not the scheduled arrival time.

Airport Car Park Charges - We will only put the car in the Airport car park 30min after the flight has actually landed to give time for the plane to taxi to the gate. We will not charge you for the first hour in the car park. However, any additional time incurred in the car park whilst waiting will be charged to the customer.

In regards to Luton & Stansted Airport Parking, if the customer requires a Meet & Greet inside the terminal building, there will be a £18 surcharge in addition to the fare.

As a rule of thumb, our prices average £1.70 per mile - some routes being less and others being more.

We will give you a fixed quotation for the journey beforehand.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS

Regular customers can benefit from opening an account and our prices are fixed, meaning we do not charge extra for early morning or late night pickup times.

What are the expenses?

Fuel - Car will pick you up with a full tank, shortly before dropping you off, the car will be fueled up and whatever the cost of re-fuelling will be charged to the customer (Plus the fuel used to get back to St Neots).

Parking, tolls & congestion charging - if any, will be charged to the customer.

Accommodation/Overnight Stay - where a journey involves an overnight stay, the cost of the drivers accommodation at a Premier Travel Inn or Express by Holiday Inn (or similar type of accommodation) will be charged to the customer plus an additional £50.00.

An overnight stay constitutes up to 10 hours, commencing after an 8 hour journey or from the time one arrives at the Motel/Hotel, whichever comes first

NOTE: Where a booking is made on a long distance one way journey, for instance, London to Edinburgh, the customer will be charged for the cost of fuel for the drivers' return journey and, when necessary, the drivers overnight stay:

Additional hours - any and all additional hours will be charged at a rate of £20.00 per hour.
